Writing since grade school, I have had stories to tell ranging from fiction to non-fiction. I am the best-selling author of Idiot’s Guides: Medicare and Medicare Essentials: A Physician Insider Explains the Fine Print with more Essentials topics planned in the near future. My writing has also been featured in the journal Medical Economics as well as online at ChronHealth, KevinMD, LIVESTRONG and TapGenes. My pet project is a taut medical thriller that will be sure to knock your socks off. Stay tuned!
Patient advocacy is what I am all about. To this end, I founded Diagnosis Life, LLC to help you on the path to better health. Movies are more than entertainment, they are works of art. An aficionado through and through, I write a syndicated guest column, Diagnosis Movies, for Connecticut’s Record Journal. I earned press credentials to the Los Angeles Film Festival and have had the privilege of interviewing celebrities such as Martin Landau, Jason Patrick, and Dev Patel.
I have the best job in the world. A proud family woman, I am a mother of two and find myself vicariously absorbing their bottomless pit of energy. Between dancing, and sports, sports, sports, these two keep me on my toes and make me a better woman.
